We offer a wide range of options.
Care is normally broken up into two categories
Medical
Personal
Your health insurance will provide you with medical care/services, this includes but is not limited to: home health, physical therapy, inhome nurse visits, etc. Personal Care falls under the responsibility of the individual, this includes but is not limited to: bathing, cleaning, toileting, companionship, dressing.
Here are some options of how Personal care is paid for:
Private Pay
Day-to-day care falls under the financial responsibility
of the client.
Long Term Insurance(LTC)
A long-term care insurance policy helps cover the costs of care when you have a chronic medical condition, a disability or a disorder such as Alzheimer’s disease.
Assisted Living Waiver
For eligible medi-cal members, medi-cal will pay a percentage of care in an Assisted Living setting.
Aid & Attendance(VA Benefit)
Wartime veterans and their surviving spouses, 65 years and older, may be entitled to a tax-free benefit called Aid and Attendance provided by the Department of Veteran Affairs.
